After developing the ex post evaluation methodology for the PIA City of Tomorrow (EcoCité approach) for Caisse des Dépôts (CDC) over 2016-2017, Efficacity has now signed up with CDC to a three-year R&D partnership designed to support the ex post evaluation of EcoCités territories.
This R&D partnership focuses on three strategic evaluation themes:
- evaluation of the efficiency of actions,
- evaluation governance
- factors for the replicability of actions
It falls squarely within the “Urban Project Evaluation” theme of Efficacity’s new R&D programme.
