The Explorer is a multi-partner platform that enables the monitoring and evaluation of territorial-transition action plans.
The platform allows all partners to connect simultaneously to monitor and evaluate action plans. The user journey includes different dashboards according to profiles (programme/plan administrator, community referents, partner-actors, etc.).
The tool is easy to use for all types of programmes (ecological transition, sustainability) and users (operators, regional authorities, public and private actors).
The platform is customisable and incorporates a configurable and scalable library of several hundred indicators from a wide national, European and international benchmark. It’s possible to delete, modify or create new indicators to enrich the library.
Since its creation in 2017, the platform has been widely distributed and received feedback from several thousand users. Originally developed for the Banque des Territoires to monitor and evaluate of the “City of Tomorrow / EcoCity” programme (30 territories, 450 projects, €2 billion of investment), it was then adapted for the “Territories of Innovation” programme (24 territories, 600 projects, €3 billion in investment).
